Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and wooden notes. Flavour is floral, chili, some mild herbal and toasted tones. Some yeasty elements to it as well.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, small head. Ashy, dusty caramel aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Husky bread, ashy and fruity. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a beige head - very fizzy pour. Dusty biscuit and caramel nose before the usual Brandbygegaard wild yeast takes over. Not quite as powerful in this beer though. Medium body, solid carbonation, slightly nuttu and biscuity - and then Brett happened. Dry finish. 110521
