500ml bottle. Cloudy dark golden colour with huge, frothy, off-white head. Slightly bready, wheaty and yeasty spicy aroma, hints of dried banana, orange, some clove, a touch of speculoos. Taste is initially quite neutral, wheaty, strawy, later slightly sweet malty with hints of banana, a touch of speculoos again. OK taste, but starts with a watery section making up almost two thirds of the course.

Trübes orangegelbes Weissbier mit grobporigem weißen Schaum. Geruch fruchtig, bananig, hefig, Nelke. Geschmack estrig fruchtig, bananig, etwas Nelke im Mittelteil, bananig im Abgang.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts milder than exspected, malty-yeasty, not too dry. Mild sourish notes. Modest fruity like apricot. Well balanced finish. A good one!

Bottle 500ml.Hazy matt medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, clove, light banana. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, yeast, banana - clove. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Bottle. It’s an unclear, golden-orange beer with a nice, off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has lots of bubble gum and banana, some lemony notes. A touch of spices too. It’s too flat on the palate, medium bodied, and with banana, bubble gum and some lemon flavors. A little bitterness too. Bitterness and spices blends in the with the bubble gum in the finish.
