Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some toffee, mild alcohol with some herbs, and mild syrupy tones. Flavour is alcohol, some inky tones with syrup, chocolate and mild toffee as well as some roasted tones.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Tasting Odense Late Summer, 2022. Pours black with a small off beige head. Vinous and deep woody feel. Tobacco, dried fruit, vanilla, fudge, wood. Vinous and big warming finish. Bourbon lingering..

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Murky dark brown. Aroma of treacle and oak. Sweet with full body and denne, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and treacle, lots of bourbony oak. Warming finish. Big, bold flavours. Not a lot of finesse.

ABV: 11.6%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, toasted - roasted, dark malt, bourbon, barrel, barrel - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, bourbon, barrel, figs - dates. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warmig and light alcoholic. [20220528]
