It’s hard to improve on something with a well-deserved name like Stone Delicious IPA… unless of course you could double the Deliciousness. We’re talking serious depth of flavor and an explosive aroma of lemon & tropical fruit from Centennial and Amarillo hops, all with less bitterness than a typical double IPA. The result is extra fruity, extra satisfying and extra Delicious.
We have played around in the past with doing a double version of our Stone Delicious IPA. This one shares some attributes with Delicious but also is its own unique beer. At 9.4%, it drinks deceivingly smooth and really captures the complex layers of a Delicious IPA!

12oz can. Poured a clear amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was grassy, resin, apricot. Flavor was big, creamy apricot and some grass. Really nice stuff, but it's a bit too big for my liking these days. It's thick and enjoyable in a small quantity, but 12 ounces is too much for me these days.

Pours dark gold into a tulip. White soapy head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing lacing. Dark caramel aromas. Thick with dark caramel, golden syrup and bubblegum front to back. Turning slick and continuing sweet before the dry, lasting pine finish.
