Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham. Hazy orange, small white top including lacing; not bad looking for a sour. This one has a nice fruity apricot, a little sherbet like, modest sourness, juicy. There is a bitter prickly citrus and herbal hopping. Smooth medium body. Enjoyable.

10/3/2023. Draft at Craft Inn Worcester. Pours cloudy dull orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of apricot, malt, straw. Moderate sweetness and light sourness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation.

Draft, half pint. @Sommar Tap, Birmingham (UK). 18/02/2023 [#5.982 Global - #744 England - #2 Sommar Brewing Company] Pours murky yellow with a lacing and small head. Aroma: grapefruit, green appleas and sugar. Taste: sugary malts and lot of peach skin. Nice drop. Next one please!

Tap @ Craft Inn, Worcester. No head. Color is hazy orange. Aroma and taste are apricot juice, fruits, malt, hops, lactose acid and hops. Light sour finish.

Tap at the brewery tap Birmingham. A hazed bright orange gold coloured pour with sticky white head. Aroma is tangy citrus, pineapple, guava sour, spicy pepper. Grass. Flavour is composed of tangy citrus. Pineapple, guava, lemon. Palate is tart and zesty pinch of highish carbonation. Good stuff.

Draft at Sommar, Solihull. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is peach and apricot. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, tart apricot, light lime palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
