An IPA with a twist, using German pilsner malt for the base malt and fermented with the same lager yeast we use in our pilsner then with hop additions of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic like we would in our IPA’s. The resulting beer is crisp, smooth with clean hoppy citrus goodness

Draft at Sommar Solihull. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, funky yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, grainy, barnyard, light floral citrus hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
