In the chestnut-brown wheat with its fine, aromatic-fruity yeast flower, aromas of peach and caramel are discovered. After the sparkling mouthfeel on the palate and the full-bodied taste of ripe fruit and caramel, notes of toffee follow in the after-drink, which call for the next sip.

500ml bottle. Very nice, hazy chestnut colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Wheaty, fruity, yeasty aroma, notes of banana, hints of apple, a nuttily malty touch, some clove, some mustard-like spiciness. Taste is slightly sweet wheat malty, some banana, a touch of apple and clove, minimally tart fruit acid counterpart. Nice surprise.

(bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Dark and mildly toasted malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of caramel, cacao and berry fruits. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dark malt character with present notes of wheat, caramel, cacao and berries, candied fruits; moderately sweet and slightly toast-malty finish with assertive fruity notes. Fairly pleasant and almost complex. 08.XI.14

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, dark brown, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry and not too roasty. Earthy-malty. Fruity hints of raisins. Finish well balanced and quite drinkable. Not bad!

Yeast and clove aroma, some sourness. Cloudy golden/red, ok head. Wellrounded, a pleasant tourist ride around all the usual Weissbier tastenotes. Fast exit.
