”What I wanna do right here is go back….” rang in our heads. We didn’t know where the quote was from, but it prompted us to embark on a journey exploring our roots in all and everything that is neo-old-school American-style IPAs. We wanted to again find our bitter bite, malty body, and pine forest citrussy properties.
We picked up some pieces of our history. Some pale ale malts, pilsner malts, crystal malts, adding Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops. And then, we rounded it off with just the right amount of bubbles. Pinball West Coast IPA was born.
Now it’s time to go up.
Electro is a continuance. An aim at perfecting, at refining, to better. A dream to elevate. A little more here. A little less there. Tying the unbalanced balance of a true west coast IPA together. We hope you’ll play our game. High score!

50cl can from Alko. Poured deep golden in color. Thick white head. Good looks. Pleasant piney hops, good bitterness, citrus fruity, quaffable brew.

Appearance: Dark golden colour with a white head.

330ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a firm, pearl white head with good retention, close-to-clear golden-brown body, cloudy last pour, spotty lacing on the glass. Inviting smell of peaches and citrus supported by mild malty sweetness. Well balanced taste of citrus crush and mild caramel malts. Moments of pine needles to a rounded fruity bitter tail. Fine depth. Quite classic version of the style. Like it. (Tromsø, 01.05.2023).

Can at home. Has a hazy amber colour with a light beige head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, orange peel, hop pellets and grass. Some sulfur as well. Flavour of grass, grapefruit, orange peel and lots of pine. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium to heavy bitterness. Really hoppy and tasteful. Solid, classic West coast IPA.

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Piney - almost perfumy - nose. Medium body, quite sweet, crystal malts paired with piney hops leading up to a solid bitterness. 200423

Drukket på Bergstua. Mørk gylden. Nesten klar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. God ananasaroma. Myk munnfølelse.Smaken tropisk frukt. Tørr, søtlig bitter avslutning.

Lys brun lett tåkete med beige skum. Lukter lys karamell og noe granbar. Fyldig. Middels bitter. Smaker sitrusskall, alkohol og lys karamell. Lang.
