Når du har fået nok af alt det søde juleøl, skulle du prøve denne West Coast IPA brygget udelukkende med pilsnermalt som giver en flot lys klar gul øl. Bitterhumlet i brygkedlen med Simcoe cryo og ligeledes i whirlpool. Tørhumlet med generøse mængder Simcoe cryo, Citra og Mosaic i gærtanken.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, pine needles, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes citrus fruits, spices, pine needles, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

--Bottled, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of citrus and starfruit. Dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit, starfruit and mirabelles on grainy, fruity malt. Mid sweet finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some earthy, floral and fruity tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary and some toffeeish tones. Smooth and quite pleasant.

[ As Humleland Den Bitre Nisse ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, grass, pine, citrus, pale malt, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221218]

Can from Humleland. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 171222
