Spokilsa is our first Kveik Pale ale, a relatively new Norwegian yeast strain which has seen explosive popularity in the last number of years. With its unique, orangey flavour, it has spawned an entire style unto itself. The beer contains both Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops to further accentuate the naturalflavours of the yeast and specifically uses the Kveik Voss strain for a crisp, clean finish.
