Strohblond und extravagant, treffender könnte unsere kleine Schwester des India Pale Ales wohl nicht beschrieben werden, was wohl teilweise auch der Namenspatronin der Hopfensorte Monroe zu verdanken ist. Die Hopfensorten Monroe, Comet und Amarillo sorgen für einen fruchtig, beerigen Geschmack, der an die Süße und Leichtigkeit eines duftenden Kirschenbaums im Sommer erinnert. Erfrischend, leicht und fruchtig mit einer tollen Schaumkrone, für die eine ordentliche Portion Haferflocken verantwortlich ist. Dieses Session IPA wird Dir in Erinnerung bleiben!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Grassy and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, a minimally funky yeasty touch, hints of old lemongrass, a weak touch of lime, green apple, yellow apple. Taste is pale malty and slightly grassy hoppy with a minimally earthy, musty touch, hints of moss. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Rather earthy, minimal muesli character, not overly refreshing - so-so.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, grains, pale malt. Taste of mild citrusy hops, pale malt, flowers, mild bitterness.

Trockener, wässrig hopfiger Beginn. Leichte Süße, grasig, milde Herbe. Süffig, unspannend. 10/8/9/6/8/8
