She bop! Cyndi, with all the flair of a rainbow-haired, bangle-clad rock star, is the latest addition to our Small Batch series. Defying convention, this White Wine Spritzer IPA w/ Phantasm is even further left-of-the-dial than most of our other offerings.
Time after time, we tinkered with this recipe to get all the additions just right; brewers just wanna have fun! We started with a classic IPA profile of hops and grain, then the fun began. Cascade hops are featured heavily to create plenty of Thiol pre-cursors for the alchemy that occurs with the addition of Phantasm powder and Thiolized yeast (Cosmic Punch). Add in a bunch of Riesling wine must and this beer absolutely explodes with tropical aromas, crisp acidity and citrus!

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Fruity aroma of bready pale malt, grapefruit, green grape, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, white wine, grapefruit, pineapple and earthy yeast in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and crushable.
