Das Schaumburger Edelherb besticht mit einer angenehmen, deutlichen Aromahopfenblume und einem schlanken, rezenten Charakter. Schonend gedarrte Pilsener Braumalze und eine ausgewogenen Mischung Hopfensorten aus der Hallertau sorgen für eine helle strohgelbe Farbe. Die kräftige Hopfung hinterlässt eine angenehme Bittere im Abgang.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Aroma is bready malts, some grains and mild herbal notes in a nice balance. Flavour is bready malts, some grains, mild grass an quite herbal. Very nicely balanced and refreshing.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and crips hoppy. Dry malty and roasted flavoured, mild grassy bitterness to this. Lingering roasted malty finish.

Bottle 33cl.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091015]

Bottle (330ml): Pale golden, slowly collapsing white head; sweet pale malt and hayish, floral, a bit grassy hops; more dry than sweet bitter-malty flavour, light bodied, soft MF; becomes even drier towards the grassy bitter end. Better overture than an average german Pils, but later only the average german stuff.....

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head of moderate duration. Hop-accented aroma, herbal and minimal grassy, backed with light-sweet grainy malt. Bitter flavour, herbal hoppy taste on a soft, slightly grainy malty base, light bodied, medium carbonation; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Nothing special but pretty drinkable.
