[At the Schaumburger brewery tap] A dark yellow beer with a lazing fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of straw and grain. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of straw and hay, leading to a dry and very bitter and refreshing end. Only drawback is that the body is a bit thin. Served in its own special glass.

Pale yellow beer, clear; with yellowish head. Dry grassy-hayish notes in the nose, aroma of chestnut flour. Less dry taste, more sweet and herbal. Blossomy, etc. Very light, velvety texture, falls flat afterwards. OK Pils. But whatever it is, it is NOT "Herb" in the German meaning, unless in the nose.
