All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Permangono sensazioni boccali finali luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e mandarino.

Caña en el Lúpulo Oviedo 21..12..2017. (r106) Color ámbar tostado casi turbio. Sabores frescos maltosos y cereales con toques ligeros herbaceos cítricos, ligeras especias, amargo final no muy intenso, suave. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber. Normal.

Draught @ Evening Star, 55-56 Surrey Street, Brighton, East Sussex, England BN1 3PB. [ As Wylam Jakehead IPA ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, biscuit malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, candy, sugary hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet cookies, sweet hops, pale malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160802] 6-3-7-3-14
