Mild hefig-grasiger Antrunk mit deutlichen, leider trockenen, Getreidenoten. Weich, zu wenig aromatisch. Die Hefigkeit kann sich nicht vollkommen ausbreiten, dagegen steht eine deutliche Bitterkeit. Die Hintergrundaromen gefallen auch im Abgang – insgesamt ist mir das Bier aber zu flach. 8/8/9/7/8/7

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a lasting egg white head. Nose has vague notes of vegetables and a good dose of breadcrust and grass. Flavor again has a little touch of vegetables and corn which I am not a fan of. Smooth and medium bodied. Dry and hoppy end. Decent.

Bottle. Light sweet lemon-orange and milk malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet hay malt flavor. Nice body. Excellent - a nice bottled Landbier.

(bottle, as Ebensfelder Brauhaus Fränkisches Landbier) Clear, golden colour with a dense and medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly bready and subtle fruity cara-malty aroma with a touch of floral and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Moderately bready (cara-)malt character with hoppy accents getting stronger towards the dry bitter-sweet finish with floral and herbal hops. Solid Franconian Lager. 30.IV.10

Bottled (Thanks Timo A.). Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, malty, some grassyness and mild herbal notes as well. Flavour is fruity, malty, a bit caramely as well as some grassyness. Rather dry palate.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, grain, hay, toasted. flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091122]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light grassy and malty. Sweet malty, light spiced and slight hoppy flavoured. Bitter and slight malty flavoured finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor has notes of minerals, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.
