Bottle many thanks to rosenbergh. Hazy amber color with huge beige head. Red berries, caramel, hints of wood in aroma. Bitter floral hops taste, burned sugar, fruity hints, wet wood. Smoky bitter finish. Little bit unusual ESB, but highly drinkable.

330ml bottle from Alko.
Pours dark reddish orange with a small white head. Aroma of hops, malts and metallic notes. Hints of earthiness and vegetables. Taste is quite fruity with notes of berries, malts and spices. Earthy, metallic and yeasty notes as well. Finish is carbonated and slightly fruity with bitter notes. A bit unbalanced and untypical.

(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20120222) The beer poured brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, Belgian style yeastiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were clove, Belgian style yeast, caramell, acridness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was acrid and bitter. Quite weird and not completely bad. Not for me.

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Amber colour, small off-white foamy head. Quite lively when opened, but stayed in the bottle. Would be surprised if none of the bottles are gushers. Aroma is berries, some sweet fruity and floral hops with mild sweet resiny and wooden notes. Flavour is wooden, mildly resiny as well as quite floral and grassy bitter. Some sweet caramel malty notes as well. Gives a slight burnt wooden note when enjoying Brie cheese with it.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 08/2012
Aroma is a bit weird with gooseberries, some strawberries and yeast. Also some sweetish toffee. Flavour is sweetish with strawberries, some toffee, bun dough and hints of metal. Some sourish berries start to come through towards the end of the glass. Not your typical ESB, but kind of nice and interesting.

A brown beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is yeasty, overcooked fruits, spicys, herbs and some vegetables; complex slightly dubbel -like aroma. Taste is slightly roasted, biting sourness, dry herbs and hint of vegetables. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation and slightly stringent to drink. I’m not convinced, unbalanced, some fault flavours. Overcooked fruits aroma following with biting and herbal dry taste.
