Swing top bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Skimmed milk and pineapple in the aroma. Thinnish. Milky flavor with some tartness. Citrus and pineapple notes.

Optisch wunderbar.

Test vom 10.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,11,12,9,12,10 - 10,60

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dusty-turbid, small head. Starts mild, modest yeasty-malty. Fruity like apple. Modest sourish. Finish less yeasty, still fruity. Okay.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, lasting, white head. Slightly spicy wheaty and yeasty aroma with a fruity apple note or more precise, with an autumnal note of foliage and slightly scruffy apples. Taste is slightly watery and sourish, moderately spicy, especially towards the finish.

Weiterhin sehr trocken, herb, aromanarm. Schlecht. 9/2/2/2/8/2
