Bottled. A murky orange-brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has acidic notes of malt, lemon, and vinegar. The flavor is sweet yet combined with an acidic note and notes of malt and caramel, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Hazy amber with a tiny beige head. Aroma had lacto, brett and sour berries. Fairly dry and sourish flavour with baking yeast, brett and hints of sour berries. The roselaere blend gave it a good nose but the taste is similar to a lot of other modern sour ales. Maybe it’s age maybe not. Should have more lacto on the palate.
