7th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy brown beer. Dry palate. Slightly sour malt with a splash of coca cola. Sweet chocolate in the undertone. Some herbalness going on as well. Not bad. Certainly a bit different!

Bottled@CPH BeerFest2010. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is butterscotch, fruits, some herbs as well as quite much bitterness. Flavour is very bittery, quite bretty, sour and wooden. Also some nuttyness. A quite strange brew, which lacks some balance.

Sampled from a bottle. A few tiny patches on the surface of a rather murky, dark coloured body. Smell of tart berries, notes of vinegar. Yeasty tartness and woody dryness in flavour. Possible to drink, but easy to forget (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 07.05.2010).

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours muddy amber with no head. Nose is vinegar, brett and cherries. Flavor has a lot of almond , brett , oak and acetone. Seems very odd and unclean. Fairly drinkable though

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy brownish amber, small head. Buttery lemon aroma. Sweetish despite the vinergary, yeasty acidity. Medium bodied with sparkling mouthfeel. Rubbery finish with plenty of butter, odd phenols and strange chemicals. I donβt know what lives in there, but these creeps seem out of control.

Cloudy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of oak, berries and coconuts and a hint of leather. Dry malty flavour, slightly tart, with winy oak character and fruit and berries in the finish, especially cherry.
