The spiritual successor to last years imperial sour, Sketchbook, Hall Pass is a big tropical sour that will take you back to your juice box days. A huge dose of malt (Pilsner and Red Wheat) gives the beer a clean, profile with plenty of haze, the soft water keeps it pillowy, and the overnight kettle sour boosts the acidity and adds grapefruit notes. Belma and experimental hops provide a mix of orange, mellow, strawberry, pineapple, guava, mango and citrus. This one is juicy like a 5-Alive, but more 5-Alive-y.

To balance out the acid, we used our house Kveik yeast which adds a little sweetness and then dry-hopped with more of the same hops to boost the tropical flavours.

Naturally carbonated, juicy and extra soft, Hall Pass is ready to get you out of class and into the sunshine!

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold yellow with a small, foamy, short lived white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, guava, pineapple, grapefruit and funky yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava and honeydew in a dry, acidic, tart finish. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and average carbonation. Juicy and refreshing.
