Dead Guy IPA builds on the 30-year legacy of Dead Guy Ale by adding a whole new dimension to the Dead. Tropical and citrus hop aromas synchronize flawlessly with a piney and enjoyable bitter bite. This West-Coast IPA has a crisp finish thanks to our proprietary Pacman yeast also used in Dead Guy Ale. Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear orange/gold with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus. Med body or better. Very dry. Very bitter. Flavor is citrus with a bit of pine, some pale stone fruit and arguably something very floral. Roasty malt - like SNPA. Good stuff.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam thart lingers. Tangerine, orange zest and pith and mild grapefruit notes. As it warms some faint pineapple. Some caramel malt, but not overly malty. Good balance, clean and dry finish. Enjoyable.
