Something wild and wonderful and homegrown. Using wild yeasts from the protecting woodland next door from which we take our name. Dry hopped with the beautiful white-wine-esque Nelson Sauvin and given lots of time to mature and develop as well as some contact with oak.
Notes of white wine, lemon, lightly herbal and crisp, bracing but very drinkable. This is our first commercial foray into wild beers, but it will not be our last.
