Brewed in dedication to all those whk crave the crazy. For all the brewers who mate risk with creativity and the people who go out of their way in search of these liquid treasures. This RIS was brewed using three times as much malt, hops, and yeast, boiled for over six hours and then fermented with additions of honey and molasses. Finally, we rack this almost evil-looking elixir into Rye Whiskey casks and tuck it away for over a year. Ready to enjoy now but a perfect candidate for aging.
