Bottle from thewolf, thanks! Murky dark brown color. Milk chocolate (koetjesrepen) and cellar notes in the aroma. Sourish flavor with confit cranberry notes and milk chocolate. Citrus. Lactic. Not a trace of alcohol. Interesting!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a lively beige head that dissipates quickly. Dry and lightly vinous aroma, slightly tart. Medium body with a very lively carbonation, a distinct vinous tartness, some red berries and a little yeast. The finish is dry and tart. Somewhat rustic but fairly interesting. 280712
