Esta cerveza pertenece a uno de los estilos más antiguos de cerveza en el norte de Inglaterra. Su nombre viene de su color castaño o marrón del inglés.
Nuestra Brown Ale se caracteriza por un sabor y aroma que acentúa la malta, presentándose como notas a tostado, toffee, café, provenientes de las maltas de especialidad utilizadas.
Tiene cuerpo ligero y un final seco. Y adicionalmente utilizamos piloncillo en su elaboración, lo que agrega el toque mexicano con notas dulces en el sabor que se mezclan correctamente con el leve cítrico impartido por los lúpulos.
Maridaje recomendado: carnes rojas en salsas fuertes o agridulces, quesos fuertes como el roquefort, ahumados en general.
