On tap at Eremita, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has largely fermented out honey, lots of ginger, and some seltzery notes. Flavour has a nice ginger character, mostly fermented out honey, and seltzery notes. Like a ginger, honey soda. Pleasant for what it is.

350ml bottle pours out crisp clean straw topped with a fizzy ring of a head. Nose is ginger spice notes and a little sweet honey. Taste is more of the nice ginger spice and sweetness.
