Swing top bottle. Golden color. Lime and banana in the aroma. Milky citric flavor with banana notes. The strong citrus character makes this beer quite refreshing.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, sweet malt, yeasty, buttery notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter and dry herbal. Toasted malty malty finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, wheat, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits and wheat, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-foamy head. Yeasty and sweet grainy malty aroma with a present wheat-character, notes of banana, vanilla and clovy spice. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Yeasty grainy malty and moderately wheaty taste with banana and phenolic spices; medium-dry, sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. A tad too yeasty for my liking but still a mellow Hefeweizen. 08.IX.10

Bügelverschlussflasche: Yellowish, cloudy, small foamy layer; lemons and tart yeast in the wheaty nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied and soft; slightly lingering lemony and sweetish-wheaty finish. Good and pleasant.....
