Creamy melon and mango. Tad sweet, not particularly hoppy, but it’s there. Another very good beer from Cushwa. Got these fun hats and koozies today, so cracked a Sam Oktoberfest for a photo op.

16oz can pours a pulpy orange with some sticky white head. Nose has melon, schnapps, some stone fruit, green vanilla, papaya. Flavor isn’t quite as good as the nose, melon and peach lead, then there’s a big grainy character, a little buckwheat, orange now, savory herbs. Finishes starchy, lightly bitter.

Pine and grapefruit with some passion fruit. Pours hazy orange with ok head and lacing. Pretty nice stuff. Light green onion and plenty of hop resin. A touch of booze. Tap at Smoke and Barrel.

32 oz crowler shared by a friend, thanks Mike! Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes, stone fruit. Tastes of citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.
