Brewed with layers on layers of dark malts and hopped in the kettle with Spalter Select. Then fermented cold with a clean lager strain. Lastly we let the beer slowly mature in stainless steel for little over six weeks before packaging. On the palate, the Schwarzbier has flavors of biscuits and caramel malts and it finishes nicely with hints of coffee, toffee, nuts and a soft roastiness. Prost!

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Blackish coloured, medium sized beige head, light chocolate nose. Light roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, some caramel and bitterish finish. Good one.
