Spontaneously fermented and terroir-driven cherry mead made with Stevnsbær.
No added water or yeast (solely fermented from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries).
Due to both the nature of spontaneous fermentations and the use of a variety of vinification methods going into the final blend, this release will show a bigger range of differences between the vintages than many of our other releases. Definitely a product made for verticals!

Аромат очень сильный. Прежде всего много ягод, буквально пюре. Много ягод от черешни сладкой, хотя затем есть немного смородины и черники, также немного сладости от каких то фруктов. Цвет темнео красный, пены нету. Вкус сладкий и мощный. Прежде всего много черешни, намеки даже на клубнику и смородины с еще каким то привкусом, может от фруктов или от ягод что я не знаю, и не скажу что он идеален по балансу для медовухи. Кстати, самого меда, почти вообще нету. Или как то странно себя проявляет.
