No added water or yeast (solely fermented from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries).
Due to both the nature of spontaneous fermentations and the use of a variety of vinification methods going into the final blend, this release will show a bigger range of differences between the vintages than many of our other releases. Definitely a product made for verticals!

Thick, sweet, fruity, tart. Strong ripe red cherries, some maraschino, honey, marzipan. Rich and full, smooth, delicious. That's what I'm talking about.

Very dark red, smells insanely cherry, some little bit of oak / pits? Soft, surprisingly dry, almost feels a bit dusty. Interesting. Flavourwise cherry first, with lots of cinnamon that you get, decently sweet. Real complex, real delicious. Slow sipper.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Very deep purple. Butterscotch, jammy cherries, sweet, honey, rounded. Great.

375ml bottle - Pours a deep dark red colour with no head. Aroma is fruity sweet and boozy, dark cherries and dark berries with a hint of almonds. A sweet fruity taste, concentrated cherry flavours, sweet black cherries and cherry stones with almond and vanilla notes. Lovely.

Flat, deep dark reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet and dry concentrated fruity, dried cherries, minerals, bark, cherry stones, honey, alcohol, berry skin, grass. Taste is sweet concentrated fruity, dried cherries, berry skin, cherry stones, honey, minerals, grass, sour cherries, alcohol. Slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.
