Hand pumped at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours yellow gold, scarcely transparent, with just some initial raw foam from pouring. Aroma is fruity, a little lemony, funky of course. Body is average, with weak carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is rather sour, pungent, a little acetic. Final is rather long, sour, a little chewy.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, fading, white head. Lactic, funky and fruity aroma, notes of apricot, sauerkraut, mild funk. Taste is lactic sour, funky and fruity, wheaty malty basis, subtle residual sweetness, notes of apricot, sauerkraut.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, astringent and slightly dry palate, fine, dense, soft carbonation.
Quite sour, a bit monotonous - OK.

Bottle. Clear golden. Lots of barnyard notes, lemon, hay, wood, smoke, dry cellar, a bit of apricot. Very funky and wild. Very sour, light sweet. Quite dry. Too sour, but otherwise nice.
