Bottled, thanks Bolagshataren! Clear golden, brief head. Fruity nose. Sweet, fruity and buttery with medium body and rounded, not really firm mouthfeel. Light notes of vegetables, low bitterness. Simplistic bock.

Small white head. Deep yellow body. Apple and alcohol aroma with grassy metal notes. Sweet-dryish malty toffee taste with grassy notes. Mild mouthfeel. Fullish body. Dryish mealy apple and oily malts aftertaste with herbal notes. Some earth and mint, too. Delicately drinkable and unremarkable. (0.5l bottle, Skjold Burne, Gilleleje.)

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with an almost white, medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and distinctively grainy malty aroma with shy notes of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, medium bodied with a calm if not flat carbonation. Pale malty, grainy and slightly sugary taste; sweet malt-accented, slightly chalky finish with a light but tart bitterness and a fairly well-covered alcohol. Average pale Bock. 06.III.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, smaller - slowly collapsing - white head, leaving a little lace; sweetish pale malty and cardboardy nose with a light peppery-hoppy background; moderate to solid sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; a light alcoholic touch, mixed with cardboard and old vegetables, shows up in the sweet-bitter finish. No, no pleasure....
