(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a huge, dense, white head leaving laces. Distinct, sweetish banana aroma. Medium body with sweet banana flavours, yeast, diacetyl and cloves. The finish is dry. Quite lovely actually. 090507

Bottle: Pale golden, quickly diminishing white head; sweet-fruity (bananas) and wheaty nose with a touch of bubble-gum; quite sweet flavour, light to medium-bodied, a bit fizzy MF; sweet-sourish finish. A decent, but not overwhelming Weizen, a bit too much on the sweet side.........
