Das untergärige Premium Lagerbier mit dem besonderen Geschmack genießt unter Kennern höchstes Ansehen. Schlank, elegant, prickelnd: eben ein echt kultiger, bieriger, schwäbischer Trendsetter. Hoch vergoren und daher besonders. Es sieht goldgelb aus und ist blank filtriert.

# 3547; 4/2023. Simple malty aroma. Brilliant straw body, white head. Malty, floral, herbal. Good, simple helles. 0,33 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck. Pale blonde. malt and mango in the aroma. Yoghurt, butter, flowers and mango in the flavor. Diacetyl, maybe even a bit infected. Soft grassy hopbitter finish. This could have been a good beer.

Frisch herber, wenig hopfiger Antrunk. Wenig steigend hopfig, hell würzig, leichte Fruchtnoten. Gelungenes süffiges Bier. 8/9/9/10/10/10

Goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. geruch malzig, leicht grasig, fruchtig. Geschmack malzig, blumig, hopfig, etwas grasig.

Insgesamt ein süffig-herbes Bier ohne großartige Höhen und Tiefen. Es enthält schöne Hopfenaromen, die nett blumig und leicht süßlich daherkommen. Aber je mehr man von diesem Bier trinkt, um so "unherber" wird es.
Für mich ein durchschnittliches "Normalbier" - nichts Spezielles, aber auch nicht schlecht.

Bottle. Clear golden with a fluffy head. Aroma is grainy malt. Flavour is malty veg, hay and a fruity finish

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, marzipan malt, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]
