Bottle. Orange blonde, cloudy. Tangerine in the aroma. Malt, tangerine and notes of yeast in the flavor. Some alcohol in the far background. Decent, nothing more.

Spiced Christmas tripel since 2007. Off-white head over a yellow blonde beer, sweet and fruity aroma of cinnamon, honey, candi syrup, pineapple, vanilla, flowers. Soft sweet taste, sugary, strong peachy and banana-like fruitiness, gradually evolving into a floral and spicy, lightly warming finish. Nice.

Backlog. 33 cl bottle @ home, 2007 issue. Blonde color, cloudy. Huge head, but short retention. Aroma’s from the glass: sourish, infected, stinky cheese, weird; retronasal: Malty sweet, herbs/spices, something off. Flavor: moderate sweet with something strange herbal. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry and somewhat herbal bitter. Flavor was OK-ish, but the aroma was way off.

Geelkleurig troubel bier met weinig koolzuur. Smaak is fruit, appel en citroen. Smaak blijft redelijk lang hangen.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and dense, slightly cream-coloured foamy head. Yeasty and slightly sugary malty aroma with fruity notes of apricot, orange and lychee. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Fruity and biscuity cara-malty taste with exotic accents; moderately sweet and fruity also mildly spicy finish with hints of alcohol. 8.I.13

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color, topped by a medium sized off-white head. And it gushed a lot as well. Fruity, oranges and tropical fruits, aroma with hints of yeast, white sugar and some alcohol. Yeasty and fruity flavor, sugary sweetness, and a decent bitterness. Medium body, lightly warming, and with a too high level of carbonation, which I for once like. A quite decent beer, but I don’t like gushing. 110610

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, huge thick white head. Appears to be very lively. Smell malts, sweetness, hint of banana. Taste malts, some bitterness, light sweet hints as well. Carbo not as fizzy as expected when pouring. Medium body.
