Let’s start this out with a shout out to our Other Garrett. This is our dreaded wunderkind's first recipe brewed here at Cushwa. This DIPA is packing otherworldly notes of dank tropical fruit, thanks to a hop bill of Citra, Strata, and El Dorado. Rounded out with a welcoming mild bitterness, this smooth 8.5 percenter will have you coming back for more.

Growler. Hazy dark golden. Sweet malts, vanilla, peach, sugary, blueberries, icecream, weedy hops. Over medium sweet, just medium bitter. Over medium body. Bit too milkshake for me, but otherwise quite nice!

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Wingmane Dave. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, gummy bears, white sugars, orange rind, opal fruits, soft bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft wheat, little soapy notes, bitter orange, floury wheat, gummy bears. pithy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, highish carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 30/11/22. Murky deep orange with a good sized dirty off white covering. Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, hop spice, guava, mango, ripe tropical fruits. Taste comprises bitter orange, raw pineapple, weed, dank kiss, hop spice, mango flesh. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA.
