Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale golden color. Malty doughy aroma. Malty sweet flavor with peach and cake dough. Some hidden alcohol. Soft grassy notes. Pleasant bock.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Smooth malty beginning. Round and refreshing with hints of honey and grain. Easy to drink, sessionable body with a light sweetness and not much bitterness there. But sadly not too deep.

33cl bottle from a trade with kevnic2008, thanks! Pours clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet strong malt, some grainy malt, pale fruits. Taste of strong grainy malt, cardboard, dry spicy hops, nothing special.

33cl bottle at Alquitara. Golden colour with minimal and quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is moderate malty and sweet. Flavour is malty, dense on palate, bready. Body is medium to high. Carbonation is medium. Texture is oily.

Bottle (copyright by Stefan!): Golden to deep golden, small foamy layer; bisquity-bready nose with a woody hoppy background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter bready-woody finish. Quite a good, "dry" Bock.....

(bottle, 33cl, mit Dank an Stefan !) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Sweet (cara-)malty aroma with notes of cookies, draff and herbal hoppy spice. Sweet and moderately bitter flavour, almost full bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Solid malty base, bready and slightly caramelly taste with rounded herbal hops; medium-dry malt-accented finish with herbal hops giving the almost right balance and a warming alcoholic feel. bottle (first ever batch, bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour with a very persistent, creamy white head. Aroma of vanilla, honey and alpine herbs. Medium- to full-bodied with a malty background and hints of herbs, vanilla and spices. Pleasantly hoppy, especially in the finish.
