Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Ha una nota finale amarognola. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, cracker, amaretto, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Tap at Birraio dell'anno 2022, Florence, Italy. Pours reddish, transparent crisp to with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely cereal, bread. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with no noticeable bitterness, but fairly good dryness.
