10/12/2022. Bottle shared with ITFCDan. From Boris, cheers, I enjoyed this more than you did! Pours clear dark amber bronze with a small short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, toffee, sweet fruits, golden syrup, dried fruit and dried apricot. Quite sweet with light bitterness. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, very soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty spicy and slightly phenolic, fruity aroma, hints of dried fruit, raisin, sultana, whiffs of ammonia. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly alcoholic, yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, hints of dried fruit, raisin, sultana, a touch of oat flakes, slight muesli character overall; minimally tart-ish, tangy finish. Watery texture, minimally dry and astringent palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Slightly boozy, quite some off-flavours - meh!
