50 cl. bottle. Hazy, orange colour with a brownish hue. Sweet aroma with limes, raspberries, wheat malts, bubblegum and spices. Taste is sweet. Medium body, lively carbonation. Finishes sweet with limes, a herbal sweetness from the honey and citrus. Makes sense on a hot summers day on the porch, otherwise odd.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber/orange with negligible white head. Clear aroma of hops, malt, honey, fruit and spices. Quite complex, but is has an irresistible scent of parfume. Watery mouthfeel. Sweetish taste of honey and maæt, spruced up by some spices. I must admit I am not particularly impressed. Somehpw it reminds me of some middle-of-the-road Polish honey brews.

Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer. Dry and soft palate. A bit different from your average wheat beer. Bubblegum is here but the lime and raspberry make their prescense known in subtle ways. A crisp and limey finish.

Bottled. Murky reddish orange colour with mediumsized creamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is citrusfruits, wheat, mild honeyish sweetness as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is quite the same, in a rather nice balance. Quite dry finish for a wheatbeer.

Bottle at EBF 08. Cloudy brown. That’s quite a dry cereal wheat. Esters on aroma. Some lemon. then lovely raspberry and lime in mouth. Needs a bit of acidity. Works really well.

Draught@SOPP
Hazy amber color, cloudy white head. Coriander and leather in the nose. Some sourish notes (Rhubarb?), coriander and light banana. Lime or Rhubarb made it sourish, otherwise this keg was slightly infected.
