Bottle. (as Hvede) A bit unclear, golden, with a small, bubbly, white head. Fruity nose with honey, raspberry and a strange sweet note. Fruity and sweet flavor with caramel. Medium body, and a caramel finish with some fruits. Not bad, not too good, mostly strange. Rating: 4-3-4-3-8-2.2 (070413)

Botte at Kolding Ølmesse. (as Wheat) Clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Fruity nose, or maybe more berry-ish, with some hops. Fruity flavor too, with malts and butterscotch. Medium body. Caramel-malty and sweet finish. Easy to drink, but that’s it. (080229)

Golden beer. Has a funny candy aroma perhaps from too much lime peel. Fruity, citrus flavour and rather dry. More funny than good...

Bottle, 5.6%. Wheat and green apple aroma. Quite cloudy dark orange colour. Small stable head. Distinct green apple flavour, not very nice. Seems to have a little plastic and cardboard too. Good mouthfeel. I was not too pleased with it.

Bottle. Hazy medium orange / amber color with a small fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty and yeasty, gum, lemon, raspberrie, honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. This is not what is call a weat beer !!

An unclear amber beer with a huge bubbly light orange head. The aroma is weird with dusty notes combined with over ripe fruits and some spices - only faint hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet bubble gum like fruity note combined with a very strong presence of spices. The end is dry and here there is a slight note of wheat. This is not a German Hefeweizen - since the back label states that honey, raspberries, and lime has been added - I think that is what makes it so bubble gum - candy like.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark amber with an almost nonexisting head. Rustic, malty nose - sort of bon-bon like sweetish malty. Rather fruity but not in a typical Hefe way. Very drinkable though. 270706

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Almost no hefearoma. Very malty instead. Malty flavor, short finish. Watery palate.

Brown with little and quick disappearing white head. This one has one taste from start to finish and that is brown honey. The finish has a little bitterness. This isnt horrifying but its just not good.
