Raspberry Yuzu Sour is a sour beer with a nice helping berries and citrus fruit to give it a fresh sour finish. The stars of the show are of course the raspberries and the yuzu, a type of Asian citrus fruit, but they're also getting some help from our old friend orange to give it a tart twist.

Where: Had at home.
Appearance: Hazy orange/red colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Citrus, raspberries, sour, oranges, yuzu.
Body: Light body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, raspberries, sour, oranges, yuzu.
