Smell of red wine, some dried fruit. Cloudy rust colour, off-white head. Aroma of red wine, grapes, dried fruit, sweetener. Medium sour, lightly sweet. Lively carbon.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine beige persistente, colore ambrato limpido, al naso su tutto Xynisteri poi legno bucce d’uva, in bocca su tutto uva poi note di frutta matura caramello frutta candita, corpo medio, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato. Xynisteri in una birra. Scorrevole dolcina. Perfetta esecuzione. E sono in vacanza a Cipro e va tutto bene. Spettacolo. c. Cava Spiritology, Larnaca Cipro, b. Glabur Stays! Bottle from the brewery. 2021 harvest. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light warmth - nicely rounded though, not bothersome. Med-light sweetness. Moderate raisins, dried fruits overall, but lots of the grapes. I can not say I get particularly the winey character, I do not know xynisteri. But it is quite fruity. And holding up pretty well too, after so long time. Quite good overall.

Bottle.BBT 06/2024. Cloudy amber color with minimal white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, grapes, wood. Taste is caramel, dry fruits, fruity notes with grapes. Good.

Bottle at BBT 06/2024. Malty aroma and taste, light roastyness, caramel, dried fruit, grape notes, mediu bitter, light sweet. Medium to high body, malty caramely fruity bitter sweer finish. Almost like a barley wine. Ok.

Amber color with low beige head. Aroma: red grape hard candy, toffee, caramel. Taste: grape hard candy, grape lemonade, toffee, light sourish notes. Full body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Sahar's place. Amber. Malt, caramel, oxidation, cardboard, some fruitiness, sweet, some alcohol.

Bottle Pours reddish with off-white head. Grapes on nose. And tongue actually. Bit earthy. Light sulfur? But it's nice one.
