Bottled. Very deep ruby red, close to black, colour. Aroma is vanilla, tar, licorice, peat and some wood. Flavour is almost exactly the same, but has a bigger touch of smoked wet wood than aroma. The smoked wet wood stays in the aftertaste along with the peatyness. Pleasantly balanced, and alcohol is wellhidden.

Bottle: Poured a black/brown with a tan color head. The aroma is smokey with coffee, suttle wiskey malt. Taste is a smoked bacon with a sweet finish. Very complex with plenty of bite!

Thin dark beige head. Deep dark red barely translucent body. Earthy chocolatey smoky whisky aroma. Deep smoky chocolate taste. Dry smoky whisky aftertaste. Very rounded, despite the sharpish whisky kick. Excellent, with some rough edges. (0.5l bottle at Knut Albert’s.)
