On tap at Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out lots of red wine grape must, oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is rather muted, with dry red grape skins and a touch of wild yeast. Not all that complex or integrated — muted and not expressing the grapes all that well. Meh.

inky purple color. No head, big bubbles. Deep Lambrusco and light oak notes and nice tannins. The nose is very nice but the palate is pretty simple. Light tannins. Dry finish with tannins lingering. Simple and well balanced but nose is much better than the palate
