cloudy pale straw color. Thin white head, lemon meringue, oak, wheat, funky yeast, honey, flowery nose that is modestly sour. Low carbonation, medium sourness, citrusy notes jump up a bit more, give it almost a juicy character, but very dry and refreshing. Oak and yeast funkiness persist throughout. Super drinkable. Excellent summer beer. Could drink pint after pint of this.
