Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is nutty, some floral, mild wooden tones with a little bit of spiciness. Flavour is sweet malts, some grains, mild floral tones with some toasted caramel and mild dried wooden bitterness. Not the typical Dubbel, but an interesting take on the style.

--Sample, thanks fonefan -- Clear mahogany colour. Aroma of mould, brown sugar and dates. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Juniper, mould, saw dust and figs. Mid bitter finish.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, orange, citrus, sweet pine - sweet spruce, light moderate yeasty, belgian yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, belgian yeast, spruce - pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220115]

Bottle 70 cl. Pours an opaque, nutty brown with a beige head. Nutty, toffeeish aroma. Medium body, roasty, nutty, toasty with a subdued bitterness. Some sort of Amber/Brown hybrid. 261221
