[ As Svartberget / Bryggverket Das Collaborator ].
ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, malty, bock like, caramelized malt touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, malty, bock like, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230401]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Copper colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is fruity, some toffee, honey and mild spiciness to it. Flavour is caramel, syrup, some what bittery herbs with resin to it as well. Interestingly strange, not much of a Doppelbock as such, but funny flavour.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear mahogany, mid sized head. Caramelly, bready nose with some honey. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with honey and pine. Warming resinous bitter finish.
